Abstract
In the context of the 21st century, which is characterized by four major properties namely globalization and internationalization, rapid growth of the information technology, market economy and knowledge economy, issues of nations and nationalities, the human resources produced by education and training ought to be capable of meeting the requirements of the current time. Therefore, refresher training programs for administrators of educational institutions must be revised on a regular basis to satisfy these above requirements. At the University of Education - University of Da Nang, the evaluation for the sake of revising, modifying and improving quality of the refresher training programs for education administrators is always an important element in the developmental strategy of the university, thereby making a decisive contribution to the successful implementation of the mission to train high-quality human resources to meet the needs of the country in the period of integration and economic development. In this article, we present evaluative results of refresher training programs for general education administrators conducted by the University of Education-University of Danang together with influential factors.
