USING THE OPEN SOURCE TO DEVELOP E-LECTURES IN E-LEARNING OF RENOVATING TEACHING METHODOLOGY

Abstract
The development of electronic lectures are now attracting the interest of educators. But there are still many problems that need to be discussed in the combination of traditional teaching and the use of electronic lectures in teaching, among which, the selection of tools and the process of designing a lecture is one of the current difficulties of the teachers. As for the advantages of open source softwares, if used, they will help to save cost and can meet the basic requirements of electronic lectures with their features. In this paper, we introduce the design process, tools, and especially the application of open source Moodle to designing
electronic lectures, contributing to renovating the methods of teaching General Physics to students of pedagogical universities.
