THE DEPENDENCE OF AN ACOUSTOMAGNETOELECTIC FIELD ON SOME QUANTITIES IN A DOPED SUPERLATTICE

Abstract
The dependence of an acoustomagnetoelectric (AME) field on some qualities in a doped superlattice (DSL) has been studied in via the use of a quantum kinetic equation method. The dependence of the AME field on the temperature T of the system, the doping concentration nD, the frequency of sound wave wq and the external magnetic field B for the specific DSL GaAs:Si/GaAs:Bi is achieved by means of a numerical method. This is the case of the dependence of the AME field on some quantities such as the external magnetic field B, the temperature T of the system, the doping concentration nD and the sound wave frequency. The results demonstrated on graphs show that the dependence of the AME field on these quantities is non-linear, and these results have been compared with those of normal bulk semiconductors to identify differences.
