Abstract
Semiosis is the central concept of semiotics. Focusing on this notion does not only allow us to deal with semiotics in depth, to avoid misunderstandings about underlying concepts, but also to thoroughly interpret many types of literary works. This article analyzes the correlation between semiosis and some typical literary theory categories such as dialogism in Bakhtin's thought [1], intertextuality in the thought of Barthes [2] and Kristeva [13], the poeticity and metaphor of Jakobson [11] and Eco [6], deconstruction of the meaning of Eco [7], Johansen [12] and Derrida [5].
