Abstract
A proper attitude toward profession is a necessary condition to generate a motivation in students to help them learn better and one of the bases to improve and develop their personality, especially for the pedagogic students - the future teachers. The attitude toward teaching profession of the students at University of Education is researched on basic aspects: motive for selecting the teaching profession, interest in the profession and the feeling of peace with the teaching profession. The research result shows that students at University of Education – the University of Danang haven’t had a positive attitude towards teaching and there is not much difference between the groups. There are many motives for them to choose the teaching profession, of which the inner motives are the most powerful. The percentage of students who are interested in the teaching profession is quite high, but most students do not have peace of mind with the teaching profession. There are many reasons for that, and the main ones are being difficult to apply for a job and the income.
