SỰ HÀI LÒNG CỦA CHA MẸ ĐỐI VỚI CHẤT LƯỢNG DỊCH VỤ GIÁO DỤC MẦM NON Ở THÀNH PHỐ ĐÀ NẴNG

Tóm tắt
Mục tiêu của nghiên cứu này nhằm xác định mức độ hài lòng của cha mẹ trẻ em đối với chất lượng dịch vụ giáo dục tại các cơ sở giáo dục mầm non ở thành phố Đà Nẵng. Nghiên cứu sử dụng phương pháp điều tra bằng bảng hỏi khảo sát 511 cha mẹ trẻ em trên các khía cạnh liên quan đến chất lượng dịch vụ giáo (1) sự đáp ứng về thông tin, giáo viên và chương trình; (2) chi phí tài chính; (3) cơ sở vật chất, trang thiết bị; (4) sự quan tâm hỗ trợ và (5) sự hài lòng chung về chất lượng giáo dục. Kết quả cho thấy cha mẹ trẻ em đánh giá cao chất lượng các dịch vụ giáo dục và khá hài lòng với chất lượng giáo dục mầm non cung cấp cho con em họ. Trong đó, sự đáp ứng về thông tin, giáo viên và chương trình giáo dục; chi phí tài chính được cha mẹ trẻ em đánh giá và hài lòng ở mức cao; cơ sở vật chất, trang thiết bị; sự quan tâm hỗ trợ được đánh giá và hài lòng ở mức thấp hơn. Có sự khác biệt không đáng kể về đánh giá chất lượng dịch vụ giáo dục và sự hài giữa cha mẹ trẻ em theo giới tính và theo loại hình trường con học, nhưng có sự khác biệt đáng kể theo trình độ học vấn của cha mẹ trẻ em.
