ACTIONS AGAINST THE PARIS PEACE CONFERENCE AND THE PARIS PEACE ACCORDS BY NGUYEN VAN THIEU (1967-1975)

Abstract

In the war against the American, diplomacy was always an important front and it contributed to the great victory of Vietnamese people in Spring 1975. The Paris Peace Conference aimed at ending the war and establishing peace in Vietnam lasted for four years and nine months (May,1968 to January,1973) in a very tense manner. The delegation from The Republic of Vietnam, one of the four delegations that attended the conference was against the peace, national unification, the history rules and the aspiration of Vietnamese people. This article presents the actions against the Paris Peace Conference and the Paris Peace Accords by Nguyen Van Thieu - the President of the Republic of Vietnam.
