Abstract
Teachers' professional learning is a core element of schools’ educational programs to improve academic quality. This study conducted a questionnaire survey on 234 elementary, middle and high school teachers in Quang Tri and Thua Thien Hue. In addition, in-depth interviews with six teachers were also conducted for more detailed information. The findings show that: (1) most teachers perform professional learning relatively well; (2) teachers' learning environment has a strong positive correlation with their professional learning. These results provide a further understanding of the relationship between teachers' professional learning and their learning environment.
