AN INTEGRATED SYSTEM FOR SCIENCE MANAGEMENT

Abstract

Building up a modern system for information management with unified processes and automated professional operations is a major solution to the improvement of the efficiency of management ad regulation at colleges and universities. To minimize limitations and maximize efficiency in science management, the authors of this paper propose an integrated system for managing science, calculating research time, operating scientific journals and scientific conferences, handling emulation and commendation. Data are input once and used for many different subsystems. Login and logout capacities are also integrated into the system with centralized authentication. The integrated management system has been implemented and brought back a great deal of efficiency in the management of science at member institutions of Da Nang University.
