Abstract
Experiment in teaching is a way to show the feature of experimental subjects in general and biology in particular. However, there are a few of obstacles and difficulties in using the real experirence, specifically time, object and conditions of experiment. Therefore, these can prevent the assessment teaching. Correspondingly, Simulation experiments is considered as an optimal solution to response the requirement of the subject and bring high efficiency in teaching.
