DA NANG TOURISM THROUGH THE SCIENTIFIC RESEARCHES BY STUDENTS MAJORING IN VIETNAMESE STUDIES (CULTURE - TOURISM), UNIVERSITY OF EDUCATION, THE UNIVERSITY OF DANANG

Abstract

In the past few years, the name of Da Nang has been frequently mentioned by the media at home and in the world. This is not only due to the fact that Da Nang is the key city of Central Viet Nam characterized with many liberal policies, or Danang has a generation of enterprising leaders who have gained high consensus from the people; the most important reason for Da Nang to be so popular is that this city has appeared to be developing as a major tourism centre in the region.

Scientific research in general and tourism research in particular has received special attention and encouragement from the city’s authorities. Engaged in the atmosphere of doing scientific research, making exciting initiatives to develop tourism in Da Nang, students majoring in Vietnamese Studies (Culture - Tourism) at University of Education, the University of Da Nang have continuously made postive contributions to satisfy their desires to build up and develop their hometown.
