Abstract
The application of information technology to teaching and learning innovation is one of the indispensable issues to improve teaching and learning effectiveness. It is one of the main objectives to be achieved in the present education renovation. It is of great importance to take the proper understanding of “information technology” and how to apply it to teaching and learning effectively into consideration. Teachers are supposed to be the pioneers to master the issue and realise it in their work. It is certain that their mastery guides them to build up practical activities that bring about good results in teaching and learning.
