BUILDING A LEARNING MODULE IN THE APPROACH OF COMPETENCY BASED LEARNING IN TRAINING PEDAGOGICAL STUDENTS

Abstract
The outstanding advantages of Competency based training (CBT) are that it is the vocational training which closely emphasizes skills and knowledge required for a particular job helping employees easily adapt to the realities and that the training time can be shortened . Therefore, recently most of the vocational training systems in the world have approached the CBT.The paper presents a theoretical research on pedagogical vocational training approaching the CBT and proposes the process of constructing a module for improvement of skills in pedagogical vocational training. Accordingly, it is applied to enhancing the skill in “Making a diagram of scientific process of knowledge building” in the process of educating students of physics education on methods of teaching with areas. The results of this study can be applied to building a process of fostering and developing students’ pedagogical competences towards the renewal requirements of innovative tertiary education in education universities and colleges in the future.
