BUILDING UP A QUALITY CULTURE AT UNIVERSITY OF EDUCATION, THE UNIVERSITY OF DA NANG

Abstract

Building up a quality culture in educational institutions in general and higher education institutions in particular is an activity aimed at enhancing the quality of training and management in schools in a sustainable way. The successful construction of the school quality culture ensures that every school member deeply understands the significance and necessity of the accreditation process; in other words, each individual clearly identifies his or her specific responsibilities for his or her tasks attached to the quality levels required, thereby working out a plan to achieve the set quality standards. Through the activity of building up the quality culture, each member of the school is to make changes and improvements in order to improve the quality of his or her tasks and to complete of the duties of their groups, thereby contributing to the acceleration of the development and integration of the institutions in the university system at home and in the world.
