Abstract
It is true that when dealing with the syllabus of computing for 11th form pupils, teachers have a lot of difficulty guiding pupils to do textbook exercises due to lack of typical tasks and task type diversity, and limited time allocation. This article suggests that it is advisable for teachers to modify these tasks as well as their teaching methods in the way that helps develop learners’ learning abilities and activate their learning activities.
