Among management tasks at colleges and universities, student management plays an important role because students are subjects of the training process. The management of off-campus students has been a major concern to schools, families and local authorities. Current outstanding issues in student management include complicated surrounding environments, inadequate living conditions, students’ house - moving, effects of social evis on off-campus students,... A question to be posed is how to effectively manage off-campus students in order to create the best learning and living environment for them, as well as to minimize negative things and disadvantages that may arise in off-campus students’ life so that they can feel secure in their study and self-training.
