COMMON MISTAKES IN FORMALITIES AND TECHNIQUES USED IN SHAPING ADMINISTRATIVE TEXTS AT UNIVERSITY OF FOREIGN LANGUAGE STUDIES - THE UNIVERSITY OF DANANG: STATUS QUO AND SOLUTIONS

Abstract

Texts are means and tools of managerial activities. Administrative texts help state administrative bodies to record and transmit  managerial decisions or reflect  necessary information for managerial activities. Formalities and techniques used in shaping administrative texts constitute a collection of textual elements arranged and presented in accordance with the stipulations of the State to ensure legal validity for texts. Proper use of textual formalities is the manifestation of seriousness and respect for the State stiputations of administrative bodies. This article points out common mistakes made in the formalities and techniques in shaping texts by the University of Foreign Languages Studies (UFL) for the purpose of improving UFL’s mamagement of  text compilation.
