Abstract
Along with Shamanism, yin - yang philosophy is the theory which has been affecting cultural life of Korea deeply. This theory has been widely applied on the daily life and spiritual life of the Korean (including formal ceremonies of traditional funerals). This article focuses on the effects of yin - yang elements on traditional funerals of the Korean.
