Abstract
The paper examines the basic characteristics of the rubber product value chain in Quang Binh, analyzes the strengths, the weaknesses and generalizes opportunities and challenges in order to put forward upgrading strategies, increase the value of products, the competitiveness, linkages among actors in the chain and improve economic and social benefits.
