Abstract
This paper presents a period of special significance in the history of the development of the Vietnam - Hungary relationship. In line with this content, the paper is composed of two fundamental components. First of all, the author of this article analyzes the major areas in the relationship between Vietnam and Hungary, thereby indicating the contribution of the Vietnam - Hungary relationship to both countries, especially the support that the Hungarian people and government offered to Vietnam during the resistance war against the United States. The research results of this paper provide evidence for confirming the development of the traditional friendship between Vietnam and Hungary over the last 65 years (1950 - 2015).
