INNOVATION IN TEACHING A NUMBER OF THE ANCIENT MIDDLE AGE WORLD HISTORICAL AND CULTURAL ISSUES IN THE PRESENT-DAY

Abstract

Historical science is constantly evolving with new knowledge that is continually being explored and updated, which poses a necessity for innovation in teaching and learning whether in college or high school. This article discusses the requirements and the status of innovation in teaching world historical-cultural issues over the last 20 years, such as the human origin, the China's territorial, especially in its southern part border and East-West acculturation in ancient times. Through practical teaching these topic during nearly first two decades of the 21st century in the Faculty of History, Da Nang University of Science & Education as well as refer to the shortcomings and difficulties in the practice of teaching-learning process in our university and high schools in Da Nang, we want to give some recommendations for the process of textbooks-making and teaching history.
