THE CURRENT STATUS OF THE LIVING AND LEARNING CONDITIONS AND THE RELATIONSHIP TO THE PRIMARY STUDENTS’ MEMORY DEVELOPMENT IN THE RURAL AREA IN MEKONG DELTA

Abstract

This paper presents the current status of the living and learning conditions of the primary students in rural areas in Mekong Delta. Although the students’ parents still face many difficulties in their life but children’s learning is always one of their most concerns. The paper also identifies the linkage between the living conditions and learning conditions to the level of memory development of the primary students’ in the rural area in the Mekong Delta.
