THE SITUATION OF TEACHERS’ PEDAGOGICAL CAPACITIES

Abstract

To perform its tasks, each teacher must constantly train ourselves, active learning, improve their professional and pedagogical capacities. This process must be regular, continuous and long-term. Research on teachers’ pedagogical capacities will present the scientific basis for teachers at the teaching faculty, especially teachers who teach pedagogical subjects will adjust teaching activities as well as guide students to achieve professional practice and expertise.
